Jeng-Tyng (Jen) Hong is a Senior Producer at the Today Show/NBC News. She manages a team of producers to deliver breaking news as well as feature stories to viewers across the country.
Jen’s career in journalism began with a full-time college internship at ABC News. She continued with the network for four years before going oversees to join the Peace Corps. Stationed in Bulgaria, Jen teamed up with the leading TV station in Bulgaria and became the Executive Producer of a reality TV Show - Lost in Bulgaria. The 11-part series showcased two Americans who traveled to the country's smallest villages in hopes of helping Bulgarians discover their country's natural beauty.
Jen has a B.S. in Culture and Politics from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University.
